About Cerberus Supplies
Hello! I’m Dec, one of the founders of Cerberus Supplies. We started this workshop way back in 2019 in Liuzhou, China, to make products for people with good ideas. What began with handcrafted dice has grown into a cooperative manufacturing hub, supporting independent creators, small businesses, and cottage-industry makers across a wide range of products.

We now operate both from our main workshop in Liuzhou and a second base in Ogden, Utah. Our work spans packaging, tools, apparel, accessories, sustainable goods, and product development across a wide range of categories.

Cerberus Supplies was built on the idea that people should be paid fairly for what they make, and that buyers should know exactly where their money’s going.

Too much of the current system is built around middlemen taking a cut while the actual makers get the least. We’ve seen it first hand, products made here in China sold at five or ten times the cost, with none of that extra going to the people who did the work. It’s not just inefficient. It’s dishonest.

So we set up something better.

Our model supports local and home-based makers with free equipment, direct material supply, and a share of the profit from every piece they produce. It gives them flexibility and stability without being tied to a factory line. It also gives creators and retailers access to short runs, prototyping, and production that doesn’t require massive minimums or a mountain of emails.

On top of that, this setup lets us try things that don’t work in big factories. We can experiment with materials, test unusual designs, and build products that don’t follow the usual path. Whether it’s seed-embedded tools, EVA prototypes, or merch that’s hard to classify, we’ve got the freedom to build things properly without cutting corners.

This isn’t about branding it as ethical. It’s just a better way to work, for everyone involved.
Why We Do Things This Way.
What We Are All About
Craftsmanship & Quality
Cerberus Supplies builds physical products from the ground up. That includes apparel, accessories, tools, packaging, furniture, homeware, planting trays, and sustainable goods. We’re equipped for resin work, 3D printing, silicone moulding, EVA shaping, textile production, and more.

Every product is handled in-house or through trained contributors, with full control over materials, process, and final assembly. Whether it’s a custom fashion item, a Kickstarter reward set, or a reusable planting tool, we maintain consistent output and finish across everything we produce.
Creativity at Our Core
We work with creators who have real ideas and need real-world production support. That includes designers, retailers, streamers, educators, and businesses across a range of fields. Products we help build span from functional tools to creative merch and experimental concepts.

We’re used to solving practical problems. That might mean building moulds for an unusual object, redesigning a product for faster packing, embedding seeds in a biodegradable base, or creating physical versions of digital items. If it can be made, stored, and shipped, we’ll figure out how.
Community & Ethics
Our team includes workshop staff, cottage-industry makers, and partners in both China and the US. Everyone involved receives a share of the profit from the goods they help make. Tools and materials are provided at no cost, and contributors retain the equipment they’re given.

We don’t run on timesheets or targets. Production is outcome-based and transparent. The system is designed to support long-term involvement, flexibility, and fair compensation without micromanagement or waste.
Shared Projects & Open Development
The Workshop is our collaborative space for launching and running projects. We take on pre-order campaigns, custom merchandise, retail product lines, and one-off builds. We also support creators with packaging, fulfilment, and long-term restock systems.

We work openly. Clients stay involved throughout the process, with updates on design, production, and delivery. We’re set up for both short runs and full-scale releases, depending on what the product needs.

If you have a concept and need it built, this is where we do that.
